Overview 

This informative course has been developed to fulfill the competency requirements of the National Occupational Standards, and NHS EPRR Framework. From the theoretical knowledge delivery through TIQN’s Virtual Learning Platform, developing their skills and knowledge to analyse and review processes, ‘horizon scanning’ and looking at the bigger picture. This course will look at setting and achieving defined objectives, working as part of a Strategic Coordinating Groups, working as part of complex, multi-agency operations, both through pre-planned and unplanned events, looking further at resources deployment and implications.  They will further develop this knowledge through immersive practical ‘live play’ exercises.

How is this course assessed?

Learners will complete a range of theory assessments as short answer questions to test their theoretical knowledge and application. Followed by a range of practical assessments and skills tests to demonstrate attainment of knowledge.

Entry Requirements & Minimum Age

Learners must be 18 years of age (or older) on the first day of the course.

Should be deemed medically cleared in line with organisations Occupational Health Provider

Learners should be proficient in English language both spoken, written and reading.

Degree level education, equivalent professional qualifications and/or demonstrable experience in a similar role or setting

Learners will need to have minimum core skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT skills to successfully complete the qualification.

Successful learners will receive a personalised e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to a Centre’s Direct Claims Status and any required actions.
